DIY Halloween Arch

Celebrate Halloween by making this fun DIY Halloween arch. With the ability to fully customize to your Halloween style, this can be as scary or sparkly (or both!) as you want!

This Halloween decor was inspired by the viral pumpkin arches you’ve probably seen all over TikTok and Instagram. Hopefully, I make one of those soon (planning on next year!), because I loooove them. In the meantime, I wanted to make something just as cute but a little cheaper.

I think an arch for Halloween, pumpkin or not, is a great way to add Halloween spirit to your front yard without being too scary. Plus, it’s super fun to walk under walking to the door – and trick-or-treaters love it!

This is a budget-friendly Halloween DIY. I started with a garden arch purchased from Amazon and covered with sticks I found in our neighborhood (I collected sticks for a few weeks while on walks; embarrassing but worth it). Spray painted everything black and then covered with lights and various cute decor items. You can use anything from the crafts store (wreath picks, ornaments, etc.) or anything you already have on hand!
